Special Rules
Library Rules:
(1) EIS Library is a Silent Zone. Students must maintain silence in the Library.
(2) Students are not allowed to enter the Library with food, water and personal items. They must keep their bags outside the Library before entering.
(3) Each student has to show their book at the exit during dispersal.
(4) For any loss or damage to the library book, the student has to replace the same within a week or pay the cost of the lost/ damaged book.
(5) Each student must check the library book while it is being issued and notify the librarian if there are any defects.
(6) If any scribbling or damage to the book is found at the time of return, the student will have to replace the book or pay the cost of the lost/ damaged book.
(7) Students have to replace a book or pay the cost of the lost/ damaged book if they misplace it.
(8) Students of Class X and XII should submit the clearance slip (issued by the Librarian) to their respective class teachers to get their Admit Card for the Board Exam.
(9) Once issued from the Library, the students should only bring the books to the School on the day of return, as they might get lost.
(10) Students must carry their school almanac and pens/pencils to the Library to maintain a record of the books they read/issued to them.
Laboratory Rules
(1) Safety First: Always wear protective gear (aprons, gloves, goggles) when working in the lab.
(2) Supervised Access: Students may only enter the lab in the presence of a teacher or lab assistant.
(3) No Food or Drinks: Eating or drinking inside the laboratory is strictly prohibited.
(4) Handle Equipment with Care: Use all lab equipment responsibly. Report any damage immediately.
(5) Follow Instructions: Perform experiments strictly as instructed by the teacher. No unauthorized experiments are allowed.
(6) Keep the Lab Clean: Always clean your workstation and return equipment to its designated place after use.
(7) Report Accidents: Inform the teacher immediately in case of spills, breakage, or injuries.
(8) No Horseplay: Maintain discipline and avoid unnecessary movement or loud conversations.
(9) Know Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the location of safety equipment like fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, and exits.
